My client purchased this property with the view to updating it’s style and appearance as well as extending it’s living accommodation. The Following Images show the progress from original house to fully finished home

We produced various Sketch Designs during the initial design stage. Using our in house 3D modeling we were able to look at how the finished house would be. We were able to keep each house to the same design pattern, but to change small aspects of each house to help it gain as much sun light into each principle room.

We acted as Clients Representative on this project through the build stage, Regular visits were made on behalf of the client and photographic diary was kept of each stage of construction.
