Farm Buildings /Diversification

Having worked very closely with the farming community since the practice was set up we have helped many farmers with planning problems.

Any new or extension to a steel frame farm building will need a drawing to be sent to the local planning department (even if it doesn't need a planning application). We can provide plans, elevations and a site plan for this purpose and help prepare the planning application. We can help on all levels from arranging agricultural reports to running the applications.

Farm Diversification is becoming more popular and we are increasingly finding that farmers are realising that there are other uses for redundant farm buildings. We have successfully helped farmers create revenues from buildings that hadn't been used for years. There are many businesses that can thrive in a rural environment from the obvious car preparation type of business to the not so obvious Children's Day Nursery or Holiday Lettings.
