New Cotswold House
My client purchased this site with planning permission to create a new stone house within a walled courtyard. We were instructed to redesign the proposal and obtain a fresh planning permission with a layout that better suited my clients needs. The brief was the house was to be sold at the end of the project and as such we also became involved in providing images for the marketing before the house was completed.

The original drawings were hand drawn and had clearly been draw to obtain a planning permission and then sell the land, it was obvious that no thought has gone into how an end user was going to live within the dwelling. Minor external changes were made along with radical internal ones.

We acted as Clients Representative on this project through the build stage, Regular visits were made on behalf of the client and photographic diary was kept of each stage of construction.
