About Us
STABLE ARCHITECTURE
a plotted history……………
Stable Architecture was started in 1994 by Jeremy Dunn following a four year apprenticeship working in a small architecture practice based in Banbury. During the time whilst working in this practice Jeremy realised that there was a gap in the market for quality and professionally presented architecture drawings for the domestic side of the market and thus Stable Architecture was born.
Since 1994 the business has steadily grown but has not forgotten its roots and it still retains the personal touch and keeps away for the corporate market. We leave the design of large and not particularly exciting structures to the bigger architecture practices, allowing us to concentrate on our core work which remains as follows: -
House Extensions
Barn Conversions
House Renovations
New House Designs
Agricultural Diversification Plans
3D Modelling
Floor Plans
1997 saw Stable Architecture take on a new side of the business when Jeremy was approached and asked to prepare architectural floor plans for use within estate agents sales particulars.
Since 1997 this side of the business has continually grown and we now prepare floor plans for some of the biggest names in the world of estate agency. Our current clients include:
Lane Fox
Savills
Knight Frank
Strutt and Parker
All of who use us regularly. We have become a trusted name in the world of floor plans and are often called upon to measure the larger country houses, a fact that we are very proud of.
Due to an ever increasing workload Stable Architecture became a limited company in early 2005 and in spite all of this almost all the architectural work is still drawn or designed by Jeremy Dunn with additional help called upon from a very close and trusted team when the need arises.
The limited company is run by its founding husband and wife team, Jeremy and Sue Dunn with Jeremy looking after the drawing and design side of the business and Sue dealing with the daily running of the office and all forms of administration and accountancy.
